• Business Information: Business name, phone number, and email address.
• Thumbtack Account Data: Accessed via OAuth only with your explicit permission.
• Call Recordings: Recordings of calls handled by our AI answering service.
• Lead Data: Information about prospective customers (homeowners) who contact you, including names, phone numbers, and job details.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the AI answering service on your behalf.
• Respond to leads via phone and SMS.
• Send SMS notifications to you and your team about new leads.
• Connect calls between homeowners and your business.

4. Thumbtack Integration

We access your Thumbtack account data via OAuth only with your explicit permission. We use this data solely to receive and respond to leads on your behalf. We do not sell your Thumbtack data to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers as necessary to operate our service:

• Telnyx — for phone calls and SMS messaging.
• Supabase — for data storage and database operations.
• Stripe — for billing and payment processing.
• Anthropic — for AI-powered conversation handling.

6. Data Retention

Call recordings are retained for 90 days. Lead data is retained for the life of your account. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing joel@chappie.bot. We will process your request within 30 days.
